The Ten-Minute Protocol, Step by Step

Three or four drops. Ten minutes on your side. Wipe. That's the whole thing.

The whole protocol takes ten minutes, and most of that is just lying still. Here's exactly how to do it, in order, so you're not guessing.

Step one. Lie on your side, the ear you're treating facing up. This matters more than it sounds like it should. Drops sitting in a canal that's pointed sideways or down will run right back out before they've done anything.

Step two. Apply 3 to 4 drops of KORVEX Tinnitus Relief Ear Drops into the ear canal. Not a full dropper, not a guess. Three or four drops is enough to fill the canal without overflowing it.

Step three. Stay on your side for ten minutes. Set a timer if you need to, or just wait through a couple of songs. This is the part people rush, and it's the part that matters most. The formula needs that dwell time against the canal to soften what's packed in there and calm the swelling around it. Ten minutes isn't a suggestion. It's the dose.

You may notice a muffled feeling while it sits there. That's expected. It's the liquid doing its job in the canal, not the ringing getting worse. It clears on its own once you sit up.

Step four. Sit up, tilt your head to let anything loose drain out, and wipe the outside of your ear with a cotton ball. You're only cleaning the outer opening. Nothing needs to go back in with a cotton swab.

Step five. Repeat on the other ear if you're treating both, then do the whole thing again at your next scheduled time. Morning and bedtime, every day. If you only notice symptoms on one side, it's still worth treating both ears the same way, since pressure often builds evenly even when only one side feels it yet.

A common mistake is skipping the side-lying position and just tilting your head back over a sink instead. That gets the drops in, but gravity pulls them right back out within a minute or two, long before the ten-minute mark. Lying flat on your side is what keeps the formula sitting against the canal instead of draining straight through it.

Most people say the bedtime application is the one that matters most, since it lines up with the exact hour the ringing usually gets loudest, once the house goes quiet.

Consistency does more here than intensity. A 30 mL bottle lasts roughly 30 to 50 days at both ears, twice a day, which is enough time for packed wax and swollen tissue to actually soften and clear, not just get temporarily wet. If you follow the protocol for sixty days and nothing has changed, we refund on the first email you send.

Ten minutes on your side, tonight, and you'll feel where it's working.
